The plate is finished in a matt porcelain enamel for protection from rust and made to ASTM A834 standards.
Plate can be used out-of-the-box with the Weber Q2000 & Q2200 model Q’s. Fits perfectly beside one of the two cooking grates your Weber Q comes with.
This hotplate / griddle can also be used on older (before 2014) model Weber Q’s such as the Q200 & Q220 models. If your older model Weber Q originally came with a single cooking grate, you will need to add a set of half seat mountings (sold separately).
NOTE: Mounting Seats are not supplied with this hotplate. They are sold separately.
