Purpose-built to contour the interior of the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill, the Slow ‘N Sear Low Profile delivers true two-zone cooking, exceptional low-and-slow smoking, and powerful high-heat searing. Although slightly shorter than the standard Slow ‘N Sear, it still holds a full chimney of charcoal, providing long, consistent burn times and searing temperatures exceeding 540°C.
The Slow ‘N Sear Low Profile also features a ventilated base plate for improved airflow and ease of use, along with a removable water reservoir for simple filling and cleaning.
Features Include:
• Perfectly designed to fit the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill.
• Holds a full chimney of charcoal (approximately 80–100 briquettes), providing over 8 hours of uninterrupted low-and-slow cooking at 107°C.
• The removable water reservoir holds just over 950 ml of water, delivering more than 5 hours of steam generation at 107°C. It also creates an effective thermal barrier between the charcoal and the indirect cooking zone. Remove the reservoir to increase charcoal capacity by 50% and create a searing zone approximately one-third larger, ideal for the Cold Grate Technique.
• Ventilated base plate improves airflow, making it ideal for lump charcoal while also simplifying clean-up after cooking.
